JOB DESCRIPTION


Position: HR Officer 


Reports to the Global HR Business Partner


Objectives:

You support the HR business partners (HRBP), HR advisors and the payroll administration in the administrative HR work and perform it efficiently and correctly.



Main tasks and result areas:

  • You are the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions;
  • You manage the HR email box and follow up on it in a timely manner;
  • You confer regularly with the HRBP, HR advisor and the payroll administration to keep each other informed on ongoing business and its status;
  • You answer questions from line managers and employees about company regulations, leave requests, operation of HR systems, etc.;
  • You provide changes to the payroll administration so that they can be processed in a timely manner;
  • You manage the employment contracts, affiliations, etc.;
  • You manage the administrative process of onboarding and offboarding;
  • You organize and coordinate the onboarding sessions for new employees;
  • You host information sessions on the use of HR tools for employees and managers;
  • You draft all kinds of correspondence directed to employees, maintain organizational charts, etc.;
  • You properly file documents in personal files;
  • You ensure the correct registration of illness absence;
  • You deliver personnel lists;
  • You provide HR updates for the leadership team;
  • You do the administrative follow-up of the Flex Reward Plan;
  • You help with setting up and improving HR processes especially in the area of efficiency in its administrative implementation;
  • You participate in various HR projects.



Profile:

  • Work/think on a Bachelor level;
  • Ample work experience within an HR department in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of social legislation;
  • Able to set priorities well, accurate and quality oriented;
  • Proactive and high degree of self-solving ability;
  • Experience with HR systems;
  • Result-oriented and client-oriented attitude;
  • Stress resistant;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English;
  • Good command of French;
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-growing and changing organization;
  • Integrity;
  • Strong team player.
