Coordinator - Supply Chain
Role Description: Coordinator Supply Chain
Key role in supply chain team in BUG reporting to the supply chain supervisor in Buggenhout.
Responsible for independent management of operational activities linked to a selected number of plasma suppliers or intermediate product customers.
- Managing strong relationships with internal plasma management stakeholders (Release, Quality, Operations, …)
- Execution and follow-up of the invoicing processes and assist in financial reporting process.
- Supporting plasma management projects (i.e. onboarding of new plasma suppliers/origins)
- Responsible for inventory management in Buggenhout for your account(s) and coordination of the inventory and cycle count process.
- Continuously seek to improve (warehousing) processes and systems, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Act as the SAP Key User for the SCM Buggenhout team.
- Assure adequate training and support of the team
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve SAP processes.
- Manage autonomously events, CAPAs and Change controls linked to SCM.

Education:
- Bachelor level.
- Fluent Dutch
- Strong knowledge of SAP and MS-Office applications.
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
